Tradition. As a traditional family business, we are completely dedicated to the topic of two-wheelers and live this passion for our customers.
Individual customer approach.
We see ourselves as a specialist shop for a product with a high level of advice and an individual customer approach: At our locations, every customer has the opportunity to put together their bike according to their own needs and ideas. Large storage capacities mean that the desired bike can be assembled immediately, even if there are unusual requests.
Service, advice, and all-round support for our customers have traditionally been a priority for us: The customer tests the suitability of the chosen bike on an integrated, large-scale indoor test track. After putting together the individually selected bicycle accessories with the help of our trained customer service team, the final assembly of the bicycle takes place directly on-site in our master workshop. Afterward, another test ride ensures that the bike fully meets our customer’s requirements.
Our service center provides advice throughout the entire selection and purchase process and is available to answer questions about two-wheelers even after the purchase. Any subsequent repairs or additions to the bicycle will also be taken care of by the customer center and the master workshop.
Large selection.
We offer an equally large selection in all segments of the two-wheel industry at all locations: from entry-level models for everyday cyclists to high-quality products for professional athletes, from children’s bike trailers and tricycles for the youngest to city bikes, E-bikes, mountain bikes, folding bikes, etc. for all age groups. Our offer also includes custom-made products for physically impaired customers as well as a wide range of bicycle accessories, bicycle clothing, bicycle shoes, bicycle helmets, fitness equipment, spare parts, bicycle maps, and sports nutrition.
Shopping experience.
A modern interior, wide aisles, clear product range boundaries, and central service points exude trade-fair character, calm, and clarity. Our customer takes time to make his decision. A play area is available for the children. A bistro or café offers a variety of good quality snacks and high-quality coffee while you are considering the purchase, to bridge the assembly time of the purchased bicycle, after purchase, or during a repair.
